Finally, we've bid adieu to the chilly days of January and February, and March is here to usher in the promise of spring. However, the transition seems gradual as I find myself still bundled up in my big coats, eagerly awaiting the warmth that's on the horizon. With March comes a plethora of exciting events and occasions, including Mother's Day and Easter, both of which I'm eagerly anticipating.

One of the things I'm most excited about this month is the vibrant array of flowers and fresh produce coming into season. March brings with it an abundance of blooms such as daffodils, tulips, and cherry blossoms, filling the air with their sweet fragrance and adding a pop of colour to every corner. Similarly, seasonal fruits and vegetables like asparagus, artichokes, and strawberries are making their way onto our plates, promising delightful culinary adventures.
As the weather gradually warms up, I'm looking forward to stashing away my winter wardrobe and embracing the spring fashion trends. From flowy dresses to lightweight jackets, I've been eagerly waiting to flaunt my spring attire. However, the lingering chill in the air leaves me pondering over the perfect footwear to pair with my dresses, as it's still too early for bare legs.
Reflecting on February, it was a bustling month filled with memorable experiences. One highlight was dining at The Owl in Leeds, where we indulged in delicious meals amidst cosy ambiance and impeccable service. The restaurant's charming atmosphere and delectable dishes left a lasting impression, making it a must-visit spot in the city.
Another memorable event was hosting the Charlotte Tilbury event with Fenwick in York. It's always a delight to collaborate with such esteemed brands and share beauty tips and tricks with fellow enthusiasts. The evening was filled with laughter, makeup experimentation, and of course, shopping sprees, making it an unforgettable affair.
A recent getaway to Hotel du Vin in Cambridge was another highlight of the month. Known for its luxurious accommodations and impeccable hospitality, Hotel du Vin never fails to impress. Our stay was nothing short of magical, with every detail meticulously curated to ensure a memorable experience.
Exploring Daylesford during half term was a treat for the senses. From farm-fresh meals at the restaurant to browsing through the exquisite products at the shop, every moment was filled with charm and elegance. It's a destination I wholeheartedly recommend for a rejuvenating day out in the Cotswolds.
March also saw me attending the grand reopening of Zizzi's in Harrogate, where we savoured mouthwatering dishes amidst the stunning new decor. It's undoubtedly a must-visit spot for a delightful dining experience, whether you're looking for a casual meal or a family-friendly outing.
One of the most rewarding experiences this month was participating in a swap shop event in Harrogate. Not only was it a sustainable way to refresh my wardrobe, but it also highlighted the importance of community and environmental consciousness.
